Jordan Korn

Jordan has studied ancient and modern history all his life. He’s learned that we cannot take our rights for granted, and we must constantly work to uphold the law if we want to live in a free society. This principle has led him to dedicate his life to helping others protect and enforce their legal rights and freedoms. As a result, he can’t remember a time when he didn’t want to be a lawyer.

After completing a dual undergraduate degree at the former University of Western Ontario, Jordan attended Western Law where he spent much of his time representing new immigrants, students, and members of the community as a caseworker with the Community Legal Services Clinic. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2015, and built a litigation practice based on strong courtroom and arbitration experience representing a diverse client base ranging from multinational corporations to ODSP recipients

Jordan joined Goddard Gamage in 2019. He was drawn to the firm because of its reputation for integrity, academic excellence, and the empathy and compassion its lawyers bring to their dealings with clients.  His chief interest is in the area of estates and related litigation including guardianship, power of attorney disputes, and complex trusts and wills litigation. It is the opportunity to guide people through what can be an emotionally trying and confusing time that inspires him. 

Jordan is a member of The Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations, and the Advocates’ Society. He acts on the management committee of Toronto-based City Moguls, a networking organization for young socially and environmentally conscious entrepreneurs.

Combined with a passion for indoor rock climbing, scuba diving and now, learning to kitesurf on the cold waters of Lake Ontario, Jordan is a rather rare combination of history buff, adrenaline junkie and determined litigator.
