The Advocacy Centre for the Elderly (ACE) is once more leading the way in elder law in Canada.

On Thursday, September 25, 2025, ACE will host its biannual Special Lecture, this time on the important topic of “A Lawyer’s Standard of Care to Vulnerable Older Clients”, which will focus on the role of lawyers in mortgage frauds and other scams, including the recent decision in Law Society of Ontario v. Harrison.
