Brittany Miller to Co-Chair “The Annotated Guardianship Application 2026”

We are pleased to announce that Brittany Miller, partner at Goddard Gamage LLP, will serve as co-chair of the Law Society of Ontario’s foundational professional development program, The Annotated Guardianship Application 2026.

The webcast-only program will take place on Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and can be viewed live from a home or office computer.

Brittany will co-chair the program alongside Yasmin Vinograd, managing partner at Merovitz Potechin LLP.

As the need for guardianship applications continues to rise, this timely program offers practical, hands-on guidance for lawyers navigating complex issues surrounding substitute decision-making and the rights of incapable adults. Participants will receive a fully annotated guardianship application and hear from experienced practitioners on effective strategies for advising clients and advocating with confidence.

We encourage members of the legal community to attend this important professional development program.
