During law school, Aaron found many barriers to societal participation in the legal system, and he has since been striving to help those who are most in need of access to justice.
Aaron Chan is an associate at Goddard Gamage LLP and his practice focuses exclusively on estates, trusts and capacity litigation. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2018. Aaron has extensive experience in arguing contentious motions and applications and has contributed to legal journals and blogs concerning estates- and trusts-related issues. He regularly assists clients with navigating complex and emotionally-sensitive cases involving estate disputes, will challenges, fiduciary issues, and power of attorney and capacity litigation.
Prior to joining Goddard Gamage LLP, Aaron practised at a leading estates and trusts litigation firm. He understands the importance of delivering practical and cost-effective solutions for his clients.
Outside of the courtroom, Aaron enjoys muay thai, running and reading.
