Jan Goddard and Nimali Gamage Recognised as Two of Canada's Best Lawyers

Partners Jan Goddard and Nimali Gamage have been recognized - yet again - as among The Best Lawyers in Canada for 2021 in the field of Trusts and Estates. Jan has been honoured with this designation every year since 2009, and Nimali every year since 2014.
And that is only one of the professional accolades the firm is celebrating this year. Jan is the recipient of the 2020 Ontario Bar Association (OBA) Award of Excellence in Trusts and Estates Law. The award recognizes her exceptional contribution to and achievements in the areas of Wills, Trusts and Estates.
Jan was recognized by Best Lawyers as its 2020 Lawyer of The Year for Trusts and Estates in the Toronto region.
Jan and Nimali are also Lexpert ranked lawyers in their field. Nimali previously was recognized by the OBA in 2014 with the Hoffstein Book Prize, awarded to a lawyer under 40 for excellence in the fields of Trusts and Estates. Goddard Gamage LLP is one of the Top Ten Wills and Estates Boutique Firms 2019-20 selected by Canadian Lawyer, and has been on its list four times.
