It was Katherine’s love of problem solving and working with vulnerable persons that drew her to the Elder Law Clinic at Queen's University’s Faculty of Law.
As a caseworker and later a mentor at the clinic, Katherine felt she'd found her calling when advocating for her clients and helping them understand the basics of estate planning. Her experience at the clinic solidified her interest in and passion for elder law and estates work, leading Katherine to Goddard Gamage in her desire to learn more.
Katherine joined Goddard Gamage as a Summer Student in 2020. She graduated from Queen’s Law in 2021, articled with Goddard Gamage and was called to the Bar in 2022. She now joins the firm as an Associate eager to gain expertise in capacity, elder law, and estates work.
In her free time Katherine enjoys exploring Toronto’s food scene, finding the city’s best cup of coffee, and spending nights in with her friends.
